To do this, the device comprises a support equipped with a chamber for dispensing the beverage, said chamber having a first port intended to be in communication with a container for packaging a first fluid, for example water, a second port intended to be in communication with a conditioning tank of a second fluid, for example an energetic and / or aromatic additive, and an outlet port of the beverage formed from said first and / or said second fluid (s).
Document EP-1 948 531 discloses such devices, the support of which is arranged to be mounted in the upper mouth of a main water reservoir, and to which an additional additive reservoir can be connected. additional tank being disposed in said main tank during mounting of said device on said main tank, to form a can for the distribution of the beverage.
Such cans are particularly suitable for use in outdoor activities such as hiking, running or biking, in order to carry water and an additive to be added to said water to form an energy drink and / or or flavored, said water and said additive being separately packaged in their respective tanks and mixed during dispensing to form said beverage.
To enable the dispensing of the beverage, it is known to equip such a device with a dispensing assembly which is mounted movably relative to the support in a first displacement, arranged to selectively open and close the exit port and / or the first first fluid supply port, and / or a second displacement, arranged to selectively open and close the second second fluid supply port.
In particular, the dispensing assembly can also be movable in a third displacement, in order to adjust the size of the opening of the second port, and thus to allow the adjustment of the amount of second fluid to be added to the first fluid.
For example, document US Pat. No. 3,850,346 describes a device for dispensing diluent and / or additive, the dispensing assembly of which is screwable, and thus mounted movably on the support in three consecutive displacements and of identical gestures, in order to successively allow the opening of the first diluent port, then the opening of the second port of additive, then the size adjustment of the opening of said second port. The invention aims to improve the prior art by providing a device for dispensing a drink whose gesture of actuation is particularly simple and intuitive. For this purpose, the invention proposes a device for dispensing a beverage formed from a first fluid to which a second fluid can be added selectively, said device comprising a support equipped with a distribution chamber having a first port intended to be in communication with a reservoir of said first fluid, a second port adapted to be in communication with a reservoir of said second fluid and an outlet port of said first and / or second fluids, said device comprising a dispensing assembly movably mounted with respect to said next support: - a first displacement which is arranged to selectively open and close said output port and / or said first port, said device comprising a first actuating member of said first displacement; and - a second displacement which is arranged to selectively open and close said second port, said device comprising a second member for enabling actuation of said second displacement; the second member being arranged to be actuated after the actuation of the first member and according to a gesture that is different from the gesture necessary for the actuation of said first member. In connection with these figures, there is described below a device for dispensing a beverage formed from a first fluid, such as for example water, to which may be added a second fluid, such as for example a energy and / or aromatic additive.
In particular, the device is arranged to be mounted in the upper mouth of a main water reservoir (not shown), and to allow the connection on it of an additional reservoir 1 of additive, said additional reservoir being in further disposed in said main tank when mounting said device on said main tank, to form a can for dispensing the beverage.
Such a can is particularly suitable for use in outdoor activities such as hiking, running or cycling, to carry water and an additive to add to said water to form an energy drink and / or or flavored, said water and said additive being separately packaged in their respective tanks and mixed during dispensing to form said beverage.
To do this, the dispensing device comprises a support arranged to allow the mounting of said device on a main reservoir of water, and to allow the connection on it of an additional reservoir 1 of additive.
The support comprises an outer cover 2 arranged to mount the dispensing device on the upper mouth of such a main reservoir. For this purpose, the outer cover 2 comprises an axial peripheral skirt 3 on an inner wall of which is formed a thread 3a to allow its screwing on the threaded neck of the main reservoir, in which is formed an upper mouth of access to the first fluid conditioned in said main tank.
Furthermore, the support comprises an inner portion 4 arranged to allow the connection of the additional reservoir 1 for conditioning the second fluid. For this purpose, the inner portion 4 comprises a central tubular chimney 5 with a lower sleeve 5a within which the upper neck 6 of the additional reservoir 1 is intended to be mounted, for example by screwing or snap-fastening.
In addition, the inner portion 4 comprises a platform 7 which extends radially around the central tubular chimney 5 and which is fixed in the peripheral skirt 3 of the outer cover 2, in particular above the screw thread on the main tank. Furthermore, a seal may be disposed between the thread and the fastening zone of the platform 7, in order to seal the mounting of the device on the main tank.
In particular, the main reservoir may comprise a flexible peripheral wall, to allow, by manual compression of said wall, the pressurization of the first conditioned fluid in said main reservoir, and therefore the distribution of said first fluid by means of the device mounted on said main tank. In addition, the platform 7 comprises a housing 46 on an upper wall of which are formed orifices 47 to allow the return of air into the main tank at the end of the distribution, said housing may further be equipped with a valve for regulate said air intake.
Moreover, as shown in the figures, the additional reservoir 1 comprises a cylindrical peripheral wall 1a whose lower opening is closed by a piston 8, said piston being intended, during the dispensing of the beverage, to slide axially in said reservoir additional under the effect of the pressure exerted by the first fluid of the main reservoir, to allow the simultaneous distribution of said second fluid with said first fluid.
In connection with the figures, the central tubular chimney 5 comprises an upper sleeve 5b on the periphery of which are formed a plurality of orifices 9 which open into the first reservoir, thus forming a passage for the first fluid. For example, the upper sleeve 5b may comprise three orifices 9 for passage of the first fluid which are distributed angularly around its periphery.
In particular, the outer cover 2 comprises an upper platform 10 from the outer edge of which extends the peripheral skirt 3, said platform comprising a central opening 11 in which the upper sleeve 5b extends axially. Moreover, to reinforce the fixing of the inner portion 4 to the outer cover 2, the upper sleeve 5b comprises a projection 12 which engages in a notch 11a formed in the central opening 11.
The dispensing device comprises a tubular insert 13 in which is formed an axial duct 14 which opens at the top in a passage 15 for the second fluid formed on the periphery of said insert. In connection with the figures, the insert 13 comprises a lower end 16 which is mounted on the lower sleeve by placing the second fluid passage 15 in communication with the additional reservoir 1.
In particular, with reference to FIGS. 6b and 6d, the central tubular chimney 5 comprises a central passage 5c which extends between the upper sleeves 5b and the lower 5a and which initially puts them in communication, in particular before the assembly of the device. Furthermore, the lower end 16 of the insert 13 is arranged to be sealingly mounted in the central passage 5c during assembly of the dispensing device, in particular to prevent any reflux by said central passage of the first circulating fluid. in the upper sleeve 5b in the additional reservoir 1 of the second fluid.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6d, 9c, the dispensing device comprises an anti-return valve 48 which is arranged upstream of the axial duct 14, in order to close the communication between said duct and the additional reservoir 1, and thus to prevent refluxing by said axial conduit of non-dispensed beverage into said additional reservoir.
In particular, the device comprises a plug 49 which is mounted, for example by fitting, in the lower sleeve 5a, and which comprises an upper portion 49a on which the valve 48 is mounted so as to extend into the lower end 16 through the central passage 5c. Furthermore, the plug 49 has a lower portion 49b which extends axially in the lower sleeve 5a and inside which the upper neck 6 of the additional reservoir 1 is intended to be mounted, for example by screwing or snap-fastening.
According to one embodiment, the second fluid can be packaged in the additional tank 1 directly in liquid form, and the upper neck of said additional tank can be closed temporarily by a frangible film which is intended to be broken during the introduction of said neck in the lower sleeve 5a, to allow the distribution of the second fluid.
To do this, in relation to FIGS. 1, 3, 9a and 9b, the lower end 16 of the tubular insert 13 comprises a lower skirt 16a which extends axially in the lower sleeve 5a, said skirt having a lower end sharpened to allow breakage of the frangible film upon connection of the additional reservoir 1 to said lower sleeve.
Similarly, in connection with Figures 6d and 9c, the plug 49 has an inner skirt 50 which extends axially under the upper portion 49a and has a sharp lower end to allow the breaking of such a frangible film.
Alternatively, the second fluid can be packaged in a frangible capsule which is introduced into the additional reservoir 1 before mounting said additional reservoir and the dispensing device on the main reservoir, said frangible capsule being broken during the first dispensing of a drink, under the effect of the pressure exerted on it by the piston 8.
The support is further equipped with a distribution chamber 17 having a first port 18 intended to be in communication with the main reservoir of the first fluid, a second port 19 intended to be in communication with the additional reservoir 1 of the second fluid, and an output port 20 of said first and / or second fluid (s).
Furthermore, the dispensing device comprises a dispensing assembly which is mounted movably with respect to the following support: a first displacement, which is arranged to selectively open and close the outlet port and / or the first port; and - a second displacement, which is arranged to selectively open and close the second port 19.
In connection with the figures, the dispensing assembly comprises a nozzle 21 in which are formed the distribution chamber 17, the first port 18, the second port 19 and the outlet port 20, said tip being mounted in the upper sleeve 5b by being arranged around the insert 13. The tip 21 is mounted to move relative to the upper sleeve 5b according to the first displacement, to selectively open and close the communication between the first port 18 and the first fluid passage 9 formed in said upper sleeve.
To do this, the tip 21 comprises a lower end on which is formed the first port 18, said tip being movable in upward translation following its first displacement between a first lower position, wherein said lower end is disposed in sealing engagement against the bottom of the upper sleeve 5b, to prevent communication between the first port 18 and the first fluid passage 9, and a first high position, wherein said lower end is disposed remote from said bottom to allow said communication.
In particular, the lower end 16 of the insert 13 comprises an upper surface 16b which extends into the bottom of the upper sleeve 5b and which can be provided, for example by overmolding, with a coating to ensure the tightness of the contact between said bottom and the lower end of the nozzle 21 in the first closed position. The lower end of the endpiece 21 is equipped with a piston 22 which slides in a sealed manner in the upper sleeve 5b and which is arranged to be arranged facing - respectively spaced - the passage 9 of the first fluid in the first closed position - respectively of opening.
Advantageously, the piston 22 comprises sealing lips 23 which extend opposite the first port 18 and which are arranged to open-respectively close-said first port by pressing on them the first fluid coming from the first fluid passage 9 - respectively of the drink contained in the distribution chamber 17. Thus, during the distribution of the drink, the sealing lips 23 form a non-return valve arranged to close the communication between the first port 18 and the passage of first fluid 9, and thereby prevent reflux by said beverage passage from said chamber into the main reservoir of first fluid.
Similarly, the tip 21 is movably mounted relative to the insert 13 according to the second displacement to selectively open and close the communication between the second port 19 and the second fluid passage 15 formed on said insert.
To do this, the tip 21 comprises an inner tubular portion 24 which extends axially in the distribution chamber 17 and around the insert 13, and on the periphery of which is formed the second port 19. In particular, tip 21 is movable in upward translation following its second displacement between a second low position, wherein the second port 19 is disposed axially away from the second fluid passage 15, to prevent communication between said second port and said passage of second fluid, and a second high position, wherein said second port is disposed opposite said second fluid passage to allow said communication.
Advantageously, the insert 13 is provided, in particular by overmoulding, with a leaktight coating 25, and this at least on the zone of its periphery which surrounds the passage of second fluid 15, said coating ensuring the tight closure of said passage in contacting the inner tubular portion 24 when said passage is not disposed opposite the second port 19.
In the embodiments shown, the tip 21 is movable in translation along an axial stroke successively forming the first and the second displacement, and in particular between: a low position (corresponding to the low position of the first displacement), in which the first 18 and second 19 ports are both closed, in order to completely close the distribution device; an intermediate position (corresponding to both the high position of the first displacement and the low position of the second displacement), in which the first port 18 is open and the second port 19 is closed, in order to allow the distribution of a drink containing only the first fluid; and - a high position (corresponding to the high position of the second displacement), in which the first 18 and second 19 ports are both open, to allow the distribution of a beverage containing both the first fluid and the second fluid . The insert 13 comprises three radial projections formed on its periphery, in particular a lower projection 13a, an intermediate projection 13b and an upper projection 13c, the upper end 24a of the tubular portion 24 bearing respectively against one of said projections when the nozzle is respectively disposed in the lower position of closure of the device, in the intermediate position of first fluid distribution, and in the upper position of first and second fluid distribution.
In particular, the upper projection 13c is arranged, in particular having a greater radial dimension than the lower projections 13a and 13b intermediate, to form a limit stop end of the nozzle 21, to axially retain said tip on the insert 13, and thus on the support of the dispensing device.
In addition, the output port 20 is selectively opened and closed by the insert 13 during the displacement of the nozzle 21 according to the first displacement. In connection with the figures, the tip 21 comprises a nipple 26 which is fitted on its upper end and which has a conduit 27 of drink outlet fed in the lower part by the distribution chamber 17 and opening at the top into a hole forming the outlet port 20 of drink.
Furthermore, the upper end 13d of the insert 13 is arranged to be selectively disposed in - respectively released from - the lower part of the outlet duct 27 during translational movements of the nozzle 21 after its first displacement, in order to selectively close - respectively open - the communication between the distribution chamber 17 and the outlet port 20.
Thus, when the nozzle 21 is in the low position, the device is also closed at its outlet port 20, which limits the risk of pollution of the distribution chamber 17, in particular by external dirt and / or by ambient air, when said device is not used. In addition, the teat 26 may be equipped with a cap (not shown) which is reversibly mounted on said nipple when the nozzle 21 is in the lower closed position, in order to cover said nipple out of use for the purpose of protecting particular dirt.
In order to be able to carry out displacements of the tip 21, the dispensing device comprises a first and a second member respectively for actuating the first displacement and for enabling the second displacement of said tip to be actuated.
In particular, the second member is arranged to be actuated after the actuation of the first member and according to a gesture that is different from the gestures necessary for the actuation of said first member. Thus, the dispensing device can be operated according to a particularly intuitive gesture, to allow the user to easily obtain a drink based on first fluid and / or second fluid, according to his tastes and / or energy needs.
In the embodiments shown, the second actuating member is arranged to allow direct actuation of the second displacement. Alternatively, the second member may be arranged to allow indirectly this actuation, for example by causing, upon actuation, the release of a third actuating member of the second displacement.
In particular, the tip 21 may be arranged to form both the first member and the third actuating member of its first and second displacements, including being movable by two successive manual pulls. Furthermore, the second member may be arranged to block in translation the tip 21 in its intermediate position at the end of the first displacement, the user actuating said second member to unlock said tip, and thus allow the second movement by manual pulling said tip.
Similarly, the second member may be arranged to block in translation the tip 21 in its intermediate position at the end of the reverse actuation of the second displacement, that is to say after manual pressure on said tip to close the port 19, the user again actuating said second member to unlock said tip, and thus allow the reverse actuation of the first movement to close the first port 18 and / or the output port 20.
In relation to the figures, the first actuating member comprises a ring 28 rotatably mounted around the endpiece 21 for translating said endpiece on its first displacement. To do this, as shown in Figures 1b and 8a, the tip 21 comprises two axi-radial grooves 29 each formed on a portion of its periphery, in particular being diametrically opposed.
Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 1b, 7a, 7b, the ring 28 comprises two diametrically opposed pins 30 which slide in respectively an axially radial groove 29 during the rotation of said ring after the first actuation, and this on a angular stroke corresponding to the first displacement in translation of the tip 21.
In particular, each axi-radial groove 29 has an upper end 29a and a lower end 29b in which the pin 30 is disposed when the nozzle 21 is respectively in the lower position of closure of the device and in intermediate distribution position of the first fluid.
Furthermore, the ring 28 comprises an outer radial tab 31 that the user can manually enter to actuate said ring in rotation, said tab being selectively arranged opposite a visual indicator 32a, 32b, for example in the form of a drawing respectively representing a closed padlock 32a (Figure 4a) and an open padlock 32b (Figures 1a, 4b), when the tip 21 is respectively in the lower position and in the intermediate position, to indicate to the user the state of closing or opening the first port 18. The tip 21 further comprises two upper axial grooves 33 which extend from the upper end 29a of respectively an axi-radial groove 29, the pins 30 being disposed in respectively one of said upper axial grooves during assembly of the ring 28 on the tip 21, to facilitate their arrangement in said axi-radial grooves.
In the embodiment shown, the tip 21 forms the second actuating member, and is manually movable in translation, in particular by pressure and / or axial traction on the teat 26, on its second displacement. With reference to FIGS. 1b and 8a, the nozzle 21 comprises two lower axial grooves 34 which extend from the lower end 29b respectively of an axially radial groove 29 and into which the corresponding pin 30 of the ring 28 slides. on an axial stroke corresponding to the second displacement of said tip.
In particular, each lower axial groove 34 has a lower end 34a in which the pin 30 is disposed when the nozzle 21 is in the upper position of first fluid distribution and second fluid. The tip 21 is also mounted movably relative to the support in a third displacement which is arranged to adjust the size of the opening of the second port 19, to allow the adjustment of the amount of second fluid to be added to the first fluid. , in particular according to the tastes and / or the energy needs of the user.
To do this, the insert 13 has several passages 15a-15c of different sizes which are aligned radially on an area of its periphery, the tip 21 being rotatable along its third displacement to selectively put one of said passages in communication with the second port 19.
In particular, the insert 13 comprises three consecutive passages 15a-15c, in particular a passage 15a of small size, a passage 15b of intermediate size and a passage 15c of large size, the second port 19 being selectively disposed radially opposite each of said passages to be opened with an opening size respectively minimum (Figure 5a), intermediate (Fig 5b) or maximum (Figure 5c).
Furthermore, the dispensing device comprises a third actuating member of the third displacement, said third member being arranged to be actuated according to a gesture which is different from the gestures necessary for the second member, which confers on said member a particularly simple operation and intuitive.
In connection with the figures, the third actuation comprises a disc 35 which is rotatably mounted on the platform 10 of the outer cover 2 and which is arranged to rotate the endpiece 21 on its third displacement. The disk 35 comprises an upper platform 35a which extends radially around the nozzle 21, and a peripheral skirt 35b which is snap-fastened on an upper part of the peripheral skirt 3 of the lid 2.
In particular, the disk 35 comprises three tabs 36 for indexing the radial position of the second port 19, said tabs each extending axially under the upper platform 35a of said disk. Similarly, the platform 10 of the cover 2 comprises three radial slots 37 in which slide respectively an indexing tab 36.
In relation to FIGS. 5, at least two radial slots 37 have housing 38a-38c for indexing passages 15a-15c of second fluid, which are respectively formed at each end of said lumens and halfway between said ends, indexing tabs 36 being disposed in respectively a housing 38a-38c when the second port 19 is radially facing respectively the passage 15a of small size (Figure 5a), the passage 15b of intermediate size (Figure 5b) and the passage 15c large size (Figure 5c).
Advantageously, the tabs 36 and / or the indexing housings 38a-38c can be arranged in such a way that the positioning of said tabs in one of said housings is made with a characteristic noise, in order to indicate to the user that the second port 19 has been correctly positioned next to the desired passage 15a-15c, corresponding to the desired quantity of second fluid to be dispensed.
Furthermore, the disc 35 comprises at least one visual indicator, in particular a notch 39 and / or a flash-shaped pattern 40, which is formed on the peripheral skirt 3 and / or on the upper platform 35a to indicate the radial position the second port 19. Similarly, the outer cover 2 comprises at least three visual indicators, including three drawings 41a-41c shaped flashes of different sizes, which are formed on the peripheral skirt 3 to indicate the respective positions of each of the 38a-38c housing for indexing a light 37, and therefore indirectly the position of each of the second fluid passages 15a-15c.
Thus, the user wishing to adjust the size of the opening of the second port 19 simply rotates the disc 35 so as to have the visual indicator 39, 40 of said disc next to the visual indicator 41a-41c of the cover 2 corresponding to the desired opening size for the second port 19, and therefore to the desired amount of second fluid to be dispensed.
Particularly advantageously, the dispensing assembly is mounted so that the first and / or second displacements are achievable independently of the third displacement, in order to allow the user to keep, whatever the opening state. or closing the first 18 and second 19 ports, the desired setting for the amount of second fluid to be dispensed.
To do this, as shown in FIGS. 1b and 8a, the nozzle 21 comprises two lower axial grooves 42 which extend from the upper end 29a respectively of an axi-radial groove 29, and in particular in the extension of respectively one upper axial groove 33 of arrangement of the pins 30 in said axi-radial grooves.
Similarly, the disc 35 comprises two diametrically opposed studs 43 which are slidably mounted respectively in an axial groove 42, 33, in order to enable the disc 35 to be secured in rotation to the endpiece 21 irrespective of the axial position of said endpiece, and conversely to allow the first and second movements in translation of said tip regardless of its radial position.
Furthermore, the ring 28 is rotated following the first actuation on the disk 35, in order to be rotated with the nozzle 21 during its third displacement and to be able to be actuated independently of the position of said disk to selectively enable the opening and closing of the first port 18 and the output port 20. To do this, the disc 35 comprises two radial slots 44 which are formed on the platform 35a being diametrically opposed, the ring 28 comprising two lugs 45 which are slidably mounted respectively in a radial slot 44 on an angular stroke corresponding to the first actuation.
In particular, with reference to FIG. 11a, each radial slot 44 of the disc 35 comprises two ends 44a against which the lugs 45 come into radial abutment in one of the closing and opening positions of the first port 18 and the exit port, respectively. 20. In addition, the visual indicators 32a, 32b of these positions are formed on the platform 35a of the disc 35, the actuating tab 31 of the ring 28 being disposed opposite respectively an indicator 32a, 32b according to the state of opening or closing the first port 18 and the outlet port 20.
